By downloading or using Mealify 2.0, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of Mealify.

Mealify is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
You may not:
Mealify uses artificial intelligence to assist with features such as pantry scanning and recipe suggestions. These AI results are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You should always review and verify AI output before relying on it. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-assisted features.
Mealify does not provide medical advice, nutritional guidance, or allergen safety information. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying that recipes, ingredients, and meals are safe, appropriate, and free of allergens for yourself and anyone you cook for. Mealify does not guarantee that recipe content is free of allergens or safe for individuals with dietary restrictions or health conditions. Always check ingredient labels and consult a qualified professional if you have dietary health concerns.
Mealify offers an optional Premium upgrade, available as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. This is a one-time charge — there is no recurring subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App at the time of purchase.
All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms of Use.
If you have previously purchased Mealify Premium and need to restore it (e.g., after reinstalling or on a new device), you may use the "Restore Purchases" option within the App. Restoration is tied to your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's policies. We do not control the restoration process and cannot manually grant Premium access outside of Apple's system.

Recipes available in Mealify — whether AI-suggested, user-submitted, or community-contributed — are provided as-is. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, nutritional content, or safety of any recipe. Cooking times, measurements, and ingredient lists may contain errors.
You assume full responsibility for the preparation and consumption of any food made using Mealify. Always use your own judgment and follow safe food handling practices.
If the App allows you to add or share recipes or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that content does not violate any laws or the rights of others. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our discretion, is inappropriate.
You use Mealify at your own risk. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
